We are dedicated to ensuring that counselling services are accessible to all, including those covered by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Our counselling services are NDIS-approved, meaning that they meet the necessary criteria for claimable support under the scheme. Our team is committed to assisting you in navigating the process of claiming NDIS funding and rebates for our services.
NDIS Participants
Currently, Medicare does not provide rebates for appointments with counsellors or psychotherapists. Mental Health Treatment Plans apply only to eligible psychologists and certain other Medicare-registered mental health professionals, with a maximum of 10 rebated sessions per calendar year.
Our prices reflect the current Medicare rebates and are not limited to 10 per year, ensuring you can access the support you need beyond the Medicare cap. Additionally, Medicare rebates do not apply to couples, family, and perinatal and postnatal counselling, but we strive to keep our services affordable to make comprehensive support accessible for all our clients.
Medicare Rebates
Due to high demand for appointments, cancellations made with less than two full business days' notice will incur a fee up to the full session cost. To avoid this fee, please provide at least two full business days' notice when rescheduling or canceling sessions. As a courtesy, you will receive a reminder text message four business days prior to your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
- 48 hour cancellation policy
- 8 weekly sessions, including materials (individuals + couples) paid upfront: $1,360.00
- 90 minute session (individuals + couples): $270
- 60 minute session (individuals + couples) $180

- The call also gives me information on how I can best meet your needs; if I feel that I’m not the right therapist for you, I will give you an appropriate referral
